What is Casual Mall Leasing?
Casual Mall Leasing (CML) gives your business the opportunity to gain exposure to the traffic flow of our Shopping Centre.
As the name suggests, CML allows you to 'set up shop' on a casual basis in our allocated mall sites. CML allows you to interact with the shoppers of Cottesloe Central. You are able to set up in a way that customers are able to see and experience what it is you are selling or offering, just like they would in a traditional shop.
Who Uses CML?
Many small businesses use CML to gain exposure and expand their clientele. It is a great, low risk way to market your product to a new demographic and potentially build up a strong client base.
CML is also used by Not For Profit Organisations who are raising money by means of a car raffle or similar.
